At PoliSci, we are committed to providing a safe and positive experience for all our users. We understand the importance of protecting children and have a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Our Standards

• Prohibition of CSAE Content: We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates CSAE. This includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, text, and links.
• User Reporting: We provide clear and accessible mechanisms for users to report any suspected instances of CSAE. Reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
• Account Termination: Any user found to be involved in CSAE will have their account terminated immediately, and we will report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Content Moderation: We implement content moderation systems to proactively detect and remove CSAE material.
• Collaboration with Authorities: We are committed to cooperating with law enforcement and child protection agencies in the prevention and investigation of CSAE.
• Age-Appropriate Content: Our app is designed for adults interested in public policy and other matters broadly considered within the domain of political science. We encourage thoughtful, informed exchanges of viewpoints. We take measures to ensure that content is appropriate for the intended audience.
• Data Privacy: We handle user data responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not collect or share data that could be used to identify or endanger children.
• Regular reviews: We regularly review our policies and procedures related to CSAE to ensure they remain effective and up to date.

Reporting CSAE

If you encounter any content or activity that you believe may involve CSAE, please report it immediately to PoliSci Support. You can also report such content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) at cybertipline.org.
